Strikeline's paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. This is how cancellation and refunds work — plainly, because a refund policy that needs a lawyer is its own warning sign.
Cancel any time from your subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not cut short what you have already paid for — access runs to the end of the current period.
Billing errors are refunded in full: duplicate charges, a renewal after a completed cancellation, or a charge you can show was mistaken. A renewal you meant to cancel is refunded if you say so within seven days of the charge, and treated as a cancellation. Beyond that, there are no prorated refunds for the remainder of a period — cancellation with access to the period's end is the deal.
Reply to any receipt or subscription email from this publication, from the address the subscription is under. Requests get an answer within a few business days.
Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout; this site never stores card numbers. Nothing in this policy limits any dispute rights you have with that provider or your card issuer.
